Processing coffee is a big thing, and it’s extremely important in determining how the coffee comes out as a finished product. A washed coffee has the fruit stripped off the bean almost immediately and the coffee bean is dried all by its lonesome self. The good thing is you have to choose what your favorite is! We already have a variety on our menu. Those coffees we have for this season and are tasting great! Fresh Ceylon coffees will arrive at our roastery in the washed method. . We handpicked the finest Arabica coffee beans like this cherry from the mountains of central sri lanka called "Gampola " which is close to Kandy and uses wet processing to remove the cherry husk before the roasting process.

we are roasting coffee at a woodfire on a time which takes 90 minutes to roast well, Then My grandmother had a stone grinder that was used a long time ago and we use now today for ground coffee. it tastes and smells really unique.
